We tried finding how long this site had been operating, and a quick Whois.Net search suggests that the site has been in business for well over a year now.

We just checked if they ship their products worldwide. Well, they do and they, in fact, offer a few options for shipping their products within the USA (The Contact Us page shows that they’re located in Voorhees, New Jersey, USA). PiercingDot values customer satisfaction, and hence, offers a refund option as well. If you’re not happy with what you’ve ordered and received, you get to claim for a refund on almost all their products. You will, however, need to return the product within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for the refund.
